Dear Croc Families, 

As many of you know, the Country Club of Leawood is excited to host the 67th Annual Country Club Swim Association of Kansas City (CCSAKC) “CHAMPIONS...WE ARE UNITED” Swim Championships on July 8-10, 2026. We are in full planning mode, and our goal is to make this event truly special for all participants, their families, friends, and sponsors. We need your support to make it happen! 

There are numerous ways to get involved, which we've organized into three categories: 

1. Sponsorships/Recognition/Computers (sponsorship, signage, programs, senior ads/recognition, opening ceremonies, officials, awards, website, entries, etc.)

2. Volunteers/Hospitality (volunteers, champs gear sales, greeters, hospitality, decor, program sales, vendors, practice/back up pool, outdoor luxury trailer restrooms, and swimsuit tech changing rooms, etc.) 

3. Logistics/Facilities (parking/transportation, tent city, drone videography, sound system, live streaming & TVs, spectator stands, etc.) 

To kick off our efforts, we invite you to a brief “Intro to Champs” meeting on Wednesday, September 24th, at 6:00 PM in the CCL Pub. We’ll be serving free appetizers, and we encourage everyone willing to help—golf members and families with or without swimmers and divers—to attend. Sign-up for committees will be available, along with digital sign-ups. We will be ready to answer any questions about this exciting event! 

It’s a big event that depends on everyone getting involved to make it a success. Thank you so much in advance for your support—we really appreciate it!
