We are excited to get the season started! The Swim meet signups will go live tomorrow, Wednesday 5/21 at 7 PM, for time trials and regular season meets.

• Login to Swimtopia and click on "Meets and Events",                                      https://ccl.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• For new families, job descriptions can be found in Swimtopia under "Resources".

Here are this season's volunteer requirements:

• Families with swimmers: 3 regular season swim meet shifts; 2 swim champs shifts, 1 dive champs shift due to hosting dive champs
• Families with divers: 1 regular season dive meet shift and 1 dive champs shift
• Families with both swimmers and divers: 3 regular season swim meet shifts, 1 regular season dive meet shift, 2 swim champs shift and 1 dive champs shift
• Pre-Compete Families: A sign-up for pre-compete meet will be added at a later date.
• Swim and dive volunteering: $100 per shift for not signing up or fulfilling
• Swim Champs volunteering: $150 per shift for not signing up or fulfilling, Dive Champs volunteering: $200 per shift for not signing up or fulfilling
• In the event that you cannot attend a swim or dive meet to volunteer as scheduled YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING A REPLACEMENT VOLUNTEER AND REPORTING THAT REPLACEMENT to the volunteer coordinator at least 3 days in advance.
