Happy Tuesday Crocs! We're all looking forward to our meet tomorrow! Please read on for a few reminders-

It's going to be hot and humid tomorrow! Be sure to bring plenty of water for your swimmer and remind them to hydrate throughout the day and at the meet. Swimmers need to hydrate just like any other athlete!

Theme- Braveheart!

Caravan- Meet at 2:15 at CCL and leave at 2:25 to caravan over to Milburn together!

Warm-ups: Warmups for Milburn begin at 3:00pm and CCL will be from 3:20-3:40. Cheers will take place immediately after warm-ups, with the National Anthem at 3:45pm. Prior to the start of the meet, Milburn will recognize their seniors so please remember to be quiet and  respectful of them and their team while they do their recognitions. 

The meet will start at 4pm.

Volunteers: 

They will have a table set out at the north end of the pool entrance for our volunteer coordinators, Jana and Tammy to check people in. 

Shift change will occur after the 8U Backstroke. Volunteers please show up on time for your shifts!

First shift timers will have a short meeting by the diving well, just before the meet starts.

Parking, Team Tents, and Clerk of Course

During the meet, their south parking lot is closed to cars but will be set up with team tents as well as the Clerk of the Course. There will also be spectator tents and chairs on the pool deck.

Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the tent area!

Please be sure that all of your swimmer's trash is picked up before leaving the meet!

Please encourage your swimmers to stay in the tent area so spectators have seats!

Remind your swimmers to be kind and respectful to the other team in and out of the water! We've heard wonderful feedback on our kids' sportsmanship during meets so far so let's be sure to keep it up!
