We are excited to get the season started! The Swim and Dive meet signups are live for time trials and the regular season meets.

• Login to Swimtopia and click on "Meets and Events", https://ccl.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• For new families, job descriptions can be found in Swimtopia under "Resources".

Here are this season's volunteer requirements:

• Families with swimmers: 2 regular season swim meet shifts; 2 swim champs shifts
• Families with ONLY "No Meets" swimmers: 1 volunteer shift at each "internal" meet (Time Trials) your child competes in 
• Families with divers: 1 regular season dive meet shift and 1 dive champs shift 
• Families with both swimmers and divers: 2 regular season swim meet shifts, 1 regular season dive meet shift, 2 swim champs shift and 1 dive champs shift 
• Pre-Compete Families: A sign-up for pre-compete meet will be added at a later date.
• Swim and dive volunteering: $50 per shift for not signing up or fulfilling 
• Champs volunteering: $100 per shift for not signing up or fulfilling In the event that you cannot attend a swim or dive meet to volunteer as scheduled.
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING A REPLACEMENT VOLUNTEER AND REPORTING THAT REPLACEMENT to the volunteer coordinator at least 3 days in advance
