Crocs!

 Our first meet is here!  Are we ready to eat some Blue Hills meat?! Just a few reminders for meet day:

• Arrive at the pool at 3pm, warm-ups will start at 3:10.
• Meet theme today is Braveheart, don your kilts, face paint and any other fun costume ideas you have!  Show your team spirit!!! 
• Sportsmanship: We are hosts so please remind your kids to be welcoming and respectful of the other team.  Shaking hands after a race or saying "good race", offering help to BHCC members & being respectful in general to the other team is imperative. 
• Buddies: Remember your buddy, bring a small gift or note for your buddy and CHEER them on during their race! 
• It's going to be HOT!!  Make sure your kids hydrate well before the meet and pack plenty of water or gatorade, cooling towels are helpful too.  
• Parking: Be sure to only park in legal spaces, the Leawood Police will be patrolling and issuing tickets to those parked illegally. If you can walk, carpool or park at a friend's house close by that is even better!
