COVID-19 UPDATE for Swim & Dive Families at CCL

Dear Crocs,

The COVID-19 situation has become an ever-changing challenge for all of us. Specifically, relative to the Swim & Dive program andregistration process, we have had to pause and reflect on how to proceed. We understand that CCL families are tentative about any future plans. We think it’s important to remain optimistic andretain provisions for plansin the future as best we can. Yet, we are mindful of the valid concerns we all share at this very moment. Therefore, we have decided to announce the following:

Swim and Dive registration for 2020 Season will be extended through Sunday, April 26, 2020. Members may delay signing up without receiving any penalties for late registration. In addition, any families that register moving forward, and families that have already registered, will be given delayed billing and it will be executed in TWO installments; one half billed in April (payable by May 15th) and one half billed in May (payable by June 15th.) It is our sincere hope that this will enable everyone to be forward thinking with hope and a positive outlook to overcome the hurdles before us.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to respond in careful measure to preserve and protect our Club Family by adjustingprogramprotocolas needed.
