Welcome to the 2019 CCSKAC Swim Championships at Mission Hills Country Club! The Tradition Continues!
Attached are three very important documents for you.
•First, is the Champs Welcome Letter that is basically the Bible of Champs! If there’s a question on where and what, it is in this document.
•Second is warm up times and lane assignments.
•Third is a map of MHCC and where everything will be located. Volunteer Check- In / Hospitality is a great place to go if you need any help!
A couple of things embedded in the champs welcome letter that we do want to bring your attention to...
1. Please check the CCSAKC Website for information on photographers that will be at Swim Champs. Their names and contact info are on the CCSAKC Website under the Champs Information tab. Check them out. 2. Harvesters…we were approached by Harvesters this year to have food bins in Tent City for swimmers and families to donate non perishable food items. Thousands of Kansas City families go hungry in the summer and we thought our Country Club community could help offset this a little bit. Our kids are so lucky to be able to have this league and their fun snack bars…let’s help out some KC kids that aren’t as fortunate! These bins will be located in Tent City all three days.

LAST but not least:
•Have you RSVP’d for the banquet? Firm deadline is tomorrow at midnight.
•Parents as our seniors and Coaches gear up for Champs week...we need your help! Please click on the link below to fill in the subdivision your swimmer lives in! This helps tremendously when our Seniors and Coaches try to find houses for traditional posters.
