CCL vs HCC 6/26/19 (Senior Recognition)

Attached is a Preliminary Heat Sheet (huge thank you to our meet manager Stephanie Kupper and coaches:) for tomorrow’s swim meet. Please note there could be changes following tomorrow’s final scratch meeting. We will email a final heat sheet as soon as possible prior to the start of the meet.

We are excited to have “Mystery Heats” during tomorrow’s Swim Meet. A volunteer will be handing out “Mystery Heat Winner” tickets which are good for one small Kona Ice cone!

Important Reminders regarding meet etiquette 

Parents please don’t accompany your swimmers to the blocks or go directly behind the block during meet!

1. Parents please do not approach coaches at meet regarding entrees or anything else. They are coaching during meets and can not talk with parents.
2. Please do not substitute swimmers at the blocks.
3. Please continue to shake hands and offer congratulations to your opponent. We have done an excellent job with this all season.

3:15- Volunteer Check-in

2:50-3:10- Hallbrook Warm-up

3:10-3:30-CCL Warm-up

3:20- Timer Meeting on Deck by baby pool

3:30- Clerk Meeting

3:30- All Volunteers need to have checked in

3:30- Hallbrook Team Cheer in Diving Well

3:35- CCL Team Cheer in Diving Well

3:40- 8 & U to Clerk of Course

3:45- 10 & U to Clerk of Course

3:50- All volunteers to assigned areas

3:50- National Anthem

3:51- Senior Recognition-Seniors to Baby Pool Area

4:00- Meet Starts Promptly!

After Meet: After Party Social at CCL Pool Deck- Music, pool time and food provided by THE GRILL at the turn!!!! PLEASE JOIN US TILL 9:30!!!!!!!!
