We are very excited for our first home meet and final meet before Champs!!!!!

Some Important Reminders regarding meet etiquette :

1. Parents please don’t accompany your swimmers to the blocks or go directly behind the block during meet!
2. Parents please do not approach coaches at meet regarding entrees or anything else. They are coaching during meets and can not talk with parents.
3. Please do not substitute swimmers at the blocks.
4. Please continue to shake hands and offer congratulations to your opponent. We have done an excellent job with this all season.

Hallbrook Meet Timeline:

3:15- Volunteer Check-in

2:50-3:10- Hallbrook Warm-up

3:10-3:30-CCL Warm-up

3:20- Timer Meeting on Deck by baby pool

3:30- Clerk Meeting

3:30- All Volunteers need to have checked in

3:30- Hallbrook Team Cheer in Diving Well

3:35- CCL Team Cheer in Diving Well

3:40- 8 & U to Clerk of Course

3:45- 10 & U to Clerk of Course

3:50- All volunteers to assigned areas

3:50- National Anthem

3:51- Senior Recognition-Seniors to Baby Pool Area

4:00- Meet Starts Promptly!

After Meet: After Party Social at CCL Pool Deck- Music, pool time and food provided by THE GRILL at the turn!!!! PLEASE JOIN US TILL 9:30!!!!!!!!
