**Start at 8:30 - 9:30 am on Thursdays after swim meets

12 & Under (12U) **9:00- 10:00am

**Start at 9:30-10:15 on Thursdays after swim meets

10 & Under (10U) **10:00 - 11:00am

**Start at 10:15-11:00 on Thursdays after swim meets

8 & Under(8U) 11:00am – 12:00pm

Saturday

Regular Practice – All Ages 8:30 - 9:30 am 

Water Polo 10:00 – 11:00am (ages 13 and up)
