*DQ Sheets from Time Trials is attached. Please contact the coaches via email, before or after practice if you have questions.  Our best advice if you have a swimmer with a DQ is to sign up for a private lesson!  Watch for an email from Coach Will for next week's private lesson sign up.  Please Note: scroll on the bottom to the right to find all swim and dive coaches sign up times. 

*Make sure you have declared your swimmers for next Wed. swim meet and Indian Hills Country Club.  Them is "GREEN OUT"!  Caravan will meet with the coaches in the West side parking lot at 2pm!  Watch for a GOOGLE doc to order car flags and decals. 

*Coaches will be announcing "Swimmers of the Week" at practice tomorrow!
