Here is our swim practice schedule for the end of this week and then Champs week as well.

Friday 7/6 - Rocky set during all AM practices. Resume normal PM practice (8s from 5-5:45 and 10s from 5:45-6:30)

Saturday 7/7 - 8:15-9:00 (Relay Practice for A Champs swimmers only). 9-10 (8s and 10s). 10-11 (12s, 14s, Seniors). All A Champs swimmers please stay for practice with your age group as well. There will be no water polo or games on Saturday, just a hard swim practice!

Monday 7/9 - Death Mountain Set during all AM Practices. Normal PM practices.

Tuesday 7/10 - Normal AM practices. Bud Merritt Swimmers only for PM. 5-5:45 (8s and 10s) 5:45-6:30 (12s, 14s, and seniors)

Wednesday 7/11 - AM practice only for A Champs swimmers. 9-10 (12s, 14s, and Seniors). 10-11 (8s and 10s). 

Thursday 7/12 - Practice for A swimmers only, 1.5 hours after conclusion of Senior girls IM at Prelims.
