Exciting News - All regular season meets are open for sign up on Swimtopia!

ALL participants will have to OPT-IN to Swim and Dive Meets via Swimtopia. If you do not OPT-IN, your child will not be entered into the weekly meet(s).  Here are the steps you need to take to OPT-IN:

1.Go to www.ccl.swimtopia.com & log in

2.Choose Meets & Events

3.Go to the Sign Up Calendar

4.Scroll down to the meet you want to sign up for

5.Click on green Meet Entry button

6.Click the black Edit button

7.Declare if you are attending/not attending

8.If attending, include availability notes by clicking the down arrow next to the question asking if Swimmer is available for relays

9.Save Entries

Deadline for Dive Meet OPT-IN: 12:00 pm Saturday before Dive Meet

Deadline for Swim Meet OPT-IN: 5:00 p.m. Sunday before Swim Meet

**As all of you know, we have some age groups that are REALLY BIG.  There are a lot of positives to this (so many friends!), however, one of the negatives is that your swimmer will not be able to swim in every event in the meets.  Please know that our coaches do their very best to make sure that each swimmer gets to swim as much as possible.  Thank you in advance for your understanding!
